A Heated Towel Rail is an affordable luxury for every bathroom. The Thermorail VT Vertical Heated Towel Rails offer a stunning design feature for the bathroom, featuring a slimline design with a stylish mount. Along with the stylish design, the rails are designed to help dry your towel and create a design statement in your bathroom, particularly with limited wall space. The polished stainless finish of the VTH900 matches perfectly in with your chrome tapware.

The VTH900 is a 240V Vertical Heated Towel Rail, this means a transformer is not required and the rail connects directly to the 240V power. This provides an easier installation process and eliminates any potential issues that can be associated with transformers.

Whilst the vertical rail will assist in drying your towel, it does have less surface contact than a ladder rail and therefore will be less effective in drying and warming your towel than a ladder. We also recommend the use of a timer to control the rails and save on running costs.

One towel per bar is recommended.

Warranty

Thermogroup warranty period for this product: 10yrs.

Thermogroup covers all its products with a satisfaction guarantee. In addition, Thermogroup will supply a replacement product where a fault is shown to be caused by faulty manufacture, materials, or workmanship providing the goods have been installed correctly and according to the installation instructions.

For any manufacturing faults occurring within 12 Months of purchase and requiring a licensed electrician to replace, Thermogroup will arrange troubleshooting and replacement on behalf of the customer. For any manufacturing faults outside of this initial 12 Month period or not requiring an electrician to replace, Thermogroup will supply parts only for the duration of the advertised warranty period and will not cover removal or installation costs.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Thermogroup are not held accountable for:

• Damages or repairs as a result of incorrect installation or application.
• Damages as a result of floods, fires, winds, lightning, accidents, corrosive atmosphere or any other conditions/ situations deemed beyond the control of Thermogroup.
• Use of incompatible components or accessories.
• Products installed outside of Australia.
• Parts not supplied or designated by Thermogroup.
• Damages or repair required as a direct result of any improper maintenance, operation or servicing.
• Failure to power up or start as a result of inadequate/interruption of electrical service.
• Changes in the appearance of the product that do not directly affect the performance of the product.

Cleaning & Care

• The finish of your Thermorail heated towel rail is hard wearing and easy to maintain. However any harsh scrubbing, scratching or acid based cleaning products will damage the surface of your towel rail. Cleaning with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning agent will give the best results.
• Fold a towel twice before hanging it over the rail: the thickness of a folded towel insulates and traps the heat, which dries the towel far more effectively than spreading it flat across the bar.
