Warranty

Pietra Bianca products are backed by a 5-year residential warranty and a 3-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, covering structural integrity and material quality under normal use. Products installed in outdoor environments are covered by a 1-year warranty for both residential and commercial applications.

Care instructions

Pietra Bianca stone baths are designed for long-lasting beauty with minimal maintenance. To preserve the finish, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel after each use to help prevent soap scum and mineral build-up. Clean regularly using mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, and sharp objects, as these may damage the surface. Bath salts, bath bombs, and coloured products can be used, however the bath should be rinsed thoroughly after use to prevent staining or discolouration. Improper care or use may void the warranty.
