Pietra Bianca products are backed by a 5-year residential warranty and a 3-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, covering structural integrity and material quality under normal use. Products installed in outdoor environments are covered by a 1-year warranty for both residential and commercial applications.

Care instructions

Pietra Bianca stone pedestal basins are designed for long-lasting beauty with minimal maintenance. To preserve the finish, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft towel after use to help prevent soap scum and mineral build-up. Clean regularly using mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, solvents, and sharp objects, as these may damage the surface. Improper care or use may void the warranty.
