Warranty

Otti Australia domestic warranty, Basins:

• 5 years product replacement
• 1 year commercial product replacement

All products carry a 1 year labour warranty from the original date of purchase, excluding wastes and non-electrical toilet seats. Commercial warranty terms are shorter than the domestic terms shown above.

Warranty applies to faults arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture, and runs from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by installation, misuse, impact, water exposure or normal wear and tear. These benefits are in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law: where a failure is major, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Care and Cleaning

Solid surface basins

• For everyday care, remove dirt and grime with a damp soapy sponge or cloth, followed by a rinse.
• Do not use harsh chemical products such as acetone or strong acids: they will stain the surface.
• Never pour essential oils directly into an empty basin; always add them to the water.
• For stubborn stains, use a damp sponge or cloth with a mild abrasive cream or paste cleanser in a light, wide circular motion, then rinse thoroughly.

Installation

Before commencing any cabinetry, plumbing, tiling or installation works, installers must ensure the product is on site and verify all measurements against the actual product supplied before roughing in.

Items must be installed by a licensed tradesperson, in accordance with the instructions provided. Wall hung cabinetry must be fixed to a load-bearing wall or a wall with adequate structural reinforcement; tall boys and laundry cabinets must be secured to the wall to prevent toppling.
