• Pure White, Matte White, Cloudy Carrara benchtops come standard with semi-drilled tap holes in 3 locations to the underside of the benchtop so your taphole selection can be made onsite. You will require a 50mm diamond bit drill bit to drill your tapholes. Please note the pre-drilled tap holes are not visible from the top side of the benchtop so it is suitable for 0 taphole.

Warranty

Otti Australia domestic warranty, Vanities:

• 25 years product replacement on vanities purchased after 01/12/2025 (10 years for purchases before 30/11/2025)
• Vanity runners carry a 10 year warranty
• 1 year commercial product replacement

All products carry a 1 year labour warranty from the original date of purchase, excluding wastes and non-electrical toilet seats. Commercial warranty terms are shorter than the domestic terms shown above.

Warranty applies to faults arising solely from faulty materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture, and runs from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by installation, misuse, impact, water exposure or normal wear and tear. These benefits are in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law: where a failure is major, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Care and Cleaning

Vanities, tall boys and shaving cabinets

• For everyday care, remove dust or dirt with a simple wipe using a damp soapy sponge or cloth.

All dimensions, specifications and technical drawings are provided as a guide only and are subject to change without notice as part of Otti Australia's ongoing product improvements. Before commencing any cabinetry, plumbing, tiling or installation works, installers must ensure the product is on site and verify all measurements against the actual product supplied before roughing in.

Items must be installed by a licensed tradesperson, in accordance with the instructions provided. Wall hung cabinetry must be fixed to a load-bearing wall or a wall with adequate structural reinforcement; tall boys and laundry cabinets must be secured to the wall to prevent toppling.
