Cleaning Solid Surface

Always start your cleaning routine with the basic clean and move to a deep clean if necessary. Cleaning regularly will assist to keep your solid surface looking fantastic and reduce wear and dirt build up .

To maintain a uniform appearance, you may need to clean the entire surface. Never use sharp products such as steel wool or aggressive, commercial grade/strong cleaners or chemicals (eg. acetone, trichloroethylene, acids and caustic soda) as these may damage and scratch the surface. For best results always finish by wiping surface clean of all detergents and with a soft clean cloth.

Basin Cleaning Guide

Basic Clean

Promptly wipe away spills using a mild detergent or soapy water with a soft sponge or non-scratch scourer*.

Deep Clean

To remove cosmetics, ink, or other staining agents, use a diluted, very mild abrasive cleaner¹ with a soft cloth. Gently buff in light circular motions. For more stubborn marks, use a non-scratch scourer with the same cleaner, applying light pressure in circular motions to restore the finish.

Intense Clean / Surface Repair

For more persistent marks or light scratches, gently buff the surface using the supplied fine-grade sanding pad*¹ in circular motions. Avoid using coarse sandpaper, as it may scratch the surface. If scratches occur, follow up with a light sanding to restore the finish.

Important Notes

Always finish by wiping surfaces clean of any detergent and drying with a soft cloth.

Regular cleaning helps maintain the appearance of your solid surface and reduces wear and dirt build-up. For a consistent finish, clean or sand the entire surface evenly.

Avoid applying excessive pressure or repeatedly cleaning.
