Warranty

Nero Tapware residential warranty, Standard Range - Other Accessories:

• 10 years on universal pop-up waste, bottle trap, glass hardware and floor waste (replacement only)
• 10 years product replacement and 1 year labour on toilet push plate and cistern

Commercial-use terms are shorter than the residential terms shown above; refer to the Nero Warranty Policy for the commercial schedule.

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase, or for new buildings from the date of handover. These benefits are in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Full terms are set out in the Nero Warranty Policy (version NWP2026.3).

Care and Cleaning

Under no circumstances should tapware be installed using acetone silicones.

• Never use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these will scratch the surface. This includes organic harsh chemicals such as citrus.
• Avoid wax-based furniture cream, as this can result in a build-up of deposits which detracts from the appearance.
• Clean with a soft dry microfibre cloth, or a soft cloth with warm soapy water, for a lifetime of use.
• Individual products may carry additional or specific care and cleaning instructions. Refer to the documentation supplied with the product.

Nero recommend installation by a licensed plumber in compliance with all relevant regional regulations.
