Warranty

Momo Handles do not publish a fixed warranty term per product. Cover is provided under the manufacturer warranty together with the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The inspection, maintenance and finish-care requirements below form part of that cover.

Care and Maintenance

Inspection & Maintenance

To preserve the integrity and longevity of your Momo Handles, we recommend inspection and maintenance at regular intervals, at minimum every 6 months as per the care of finishes instructions. Please note that while consistent care will support product performance, it cannot entirely prevent natural changes or deterioration over time.

Deterioration resulting from improper installation, failure to follow fitting instructions, inadequate maintenance, misuse, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions is not covered under warranty. During installation, it is essential that products are protected from contact with building materials such as paint, thinners, mortar, or stone dust, as these may cause permanent damage.

Care of Finishes

The finish of each handle is designed to embody both elegance and durability, but it does require considered care to retain its appearance. Incorrect cleaning methods may cause irreparable damage.

• We recommend frequent cleaning with a soft, dry microfibre cloth, at minimum every 6 months. Avoid using damp or wet cloths.
• If handles become wet or moist, dry them immediately with a microfibre cloth to prevent permanent staining or discolouration.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners at any stage. The use of such products will void any applicable warranties or guarantees.
• Extra care should be taken during construction, installation, and routine cleaning to protect finishes from chemical or abrasive exposure.

Certain finishes within our collections are designed to develop a natural patina with age. This ageing process is an inherent characteristic of the material and should not be regarded as a defect.

For textured handles, such as our Lined and Knurled designs, additional care may be required to gently remove any build-up within the detailing to maintain their refined appearance.
