Warranty and installation conditions

• Installation constitutes acceptance of the product. All products must be inspected prior to installation; any damage, defect, incorrect supply or missing item must be reported in writing before installation.
• All products must be installed by a licensed and qualified tradesperson, strictly in accordance with Mercio's installation instructions and all relevant Australian Standards.
• Warranty applies to products used in domestic residential buildings and does not cover wear and tear, unauthorised modification or incorrect installation.

Care and maintenance

• Ceramic surfaces: clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
• Metal fixtures: wipe with a soft cloth dampened in a mild soap solution and dry immediately to prevent water spots.
• Avoid bleach and other harsh cleaning agents; use pH-neutral cleaners. For limescale use a vinegar-and-water solution.
• Inspect seals and grout around baths, showers and basins regularly, and check for leaks or drips.
• Avoid excessive force on moving parts and do not expose products to extreme temperatures.
