Warranty

Caroma products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Caroma additionally provide a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship; the applicable period depends on the product category and on whether the installation is residential or commercial.

Warranty periods run from the date of purchase and require installation by a licensed plumber in accordance with the installation instructions and the applicable standards.

Care & cleaning

• For regular daily cleaning, remove the majority of dirt and grime by wiping with a moist, soapy sponge or cloth, then rinsing off with water.
• When wiping, apply minimal pressure and wipe in only one direction.

Vitreous China:

• Using a soft cloth, clean the surface with a mild household detergent, or with warm water mixed with soap.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners; they can strip the surface gloss.

For stubborn stains, use a damp sponge or cloth with a mild abrasive cream or paste cleanser: apply light pressure in wide circular motions, rinse the surface, then wipe lightly in a circular motion and rinse thoroughly.
