We’re Open For Business!

Shop Safely with COVID-19 safe measures instore.

The Health and Safety of our Customers, suppliers and Team continues to be our highest priority.  In line with the New South Wales Government’s imposed restrictions, we have implemented the following procedures to keep our staff, customers and visitors safe in our stores, but we remain open.

At Sydney Taps, we will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and will implement necessary precautions to ensure you can continue to get access to the products and advice you need in the safest way possible.

Our business services are considered “critcial services” and are classified as exempt Retail under 'Hardware, Nursuries and Building Supplies' so we remain open and operating.  

Showroom Consultations remain Open

Our showroom is spacious enabling you to shop for essential goods and services for the personal needs of the household. You can continue to visit us in store with COVID safe measures. However, browsing is not permitted.

Our Conditions of Store Entry

We encourage all customers and visitors to:

  • Wear a mask or other facial protection before entering the store.
  • Santise your hands before entering the store.
  • Use the QR code provided at the entrance of the store when entering and existing our store.
  • If you are unable to sign-in we using the QR Code, a customer registe is available to write your details in so we are still able to contact trace if needed.

Keeping our Store COVID safe

In line with the New South Wales Government’s imposed restrictions, we have implemented the following procedures to keep our staff, customers and visitors safe in our stores.

  • Our staff will be wearing masks at all times.
  • Our stores will have hand sanitiser available upon entry and on our counters.
  • You will be required to provide your details on our COVID-19 register when entering and exiting our store.
  • We have marked 1.5m on our floors as a friendly reminder to our customers to maintain social distancing.
  • We have signs displayed at our store entry and within the store as a friendly reminder to our customers to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Contactless Click & Collect

To minimise risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have enabled our Contactless Click & Collect service.

  • Place your order online, calling or emailing Sydney Taps
  • Our staff will contact you and process your order. Our staff will inform you when your order is available for collection.
  • When arriving at our store, please call the showroom and our staff will bring your order to you.
  • You may enter our store in accordance with our Conditions of Entry to collect your items.

Contactless Door to Door Delivery

To minimise risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have enabled our Contactless delivery service.

  • Place your order online, calling or emailing Sydney Taps
  • Our staff will contact you and process your order. Our staff will inform you when your order is available for delivery.
  • Signatures will no longer be required upon delivery.

At Sydney Taps we take the health saftey of all employees, cutomers and the broader community very seriously and ask customers to please be respectful of the measures that we have put in place. We really appreciate everyone’s patience during these uncertain times.
