Shade variations are an inherent feature of all kiln fired ceramics and natural stone. No responsibility can be accepted for crazing or shade variations.
Optical hazing is a natural occurring characteristic of polished porcelain. No claim will be accepted in relation to optical hazing.
Due to the fact that marble & granite are natural products - reasonable variations in colour & veining must be expected & the Company shall not be liable for any such variations as may occur in materials supplied.
To the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act - the Company’s responsibility is limited to the replacement of materials supplied only & the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer whether caused by any defective materials or otherwise;
The customer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Company after materials have been fixed;
For all tiles - goods should be checked prior to laying to ensure they are the correct colour and batch/shade. No claims will be accepted once tiles have been fixed.
Claims arising from transit damage must be notified to us within 2 (two) days of receiving the goods. No claims after this this period will be honoured.
